Canned cod liver from first class Icelandic raw material. We only use fresh liver, manually trimmed to ensure the highest quality of this delicate raw material. The cod liver is lightly salted and then we top it off with a slice of fresh lemon.

Canned cod liver is considered a delicacy and is widely consumed as an appetizer or as topping on a piece of toast or in a salad. As well as being very tasty, cod liver is rich in A and D vitamins as well as essential Omega 3 fatty acids.
