Fagradalsfjall
Description
The eruption in Fagradalsfjall attracted hundreds of thousands of curious travelers from March to September 2021. Daníel Páll Jónasson was one of those who could never get enough of the spectacle and he made a total of 30 trips to the eruption stations, from the initial days of the eruption until it took a break (or stopped) in mid-September.
During his travels, Daniel took over 10,000 photographs covering the entire history of the eruption.
The images are varied and show majestic magma plumes, flowing and cascading lava rivers, strange lava formations and all that the eruption had to offer.
The book contains 100 of the most impressive and fun photos from Daniel's travels. The location of each photo is shown on a small map so you can see how much the lava has changed since the photo was taken.
