Description
Since colonization, Icelanders have dried fish to increase its shelf life. Fish Jerky has therefore been an important part of our food culture since the beginning and an extremely good source of protein. Fish Jerky is therefore truly the superfood of the Vikings, and now you can enjoy the fish from whole fillets that we cut into comfortable bites and pack in resealable packaging. By mixing white Cheddar cheese with the fish after drying, we bring out the creamy butter flavor without losing the shelf life and convenience of having one bag of hard fish in your backpack.
Fish Jerky:
- Ingredients: Cod fillet (Gadus morhua), caught in area FAO27-Va2 in the North Atlantic with trawl and/or cast (500g of raw, skinless fillets are needed to produce 100g of Jerky), Icelandic sea salt.
- Allergens: This product contains COD.
- This product is Gluten Free, Lactose Free, and High in Omega-3 Fish Oil.
Fish Jerky White Cheddar:
- Ingredients: Cod fillet (Gadus morhua), caught in area FAO27-Va2 in the North Atlantic with trawl and/or cast (450g of raw, skinless fillets are needed to produce 100g of Jerky), Salt, Cheddar cheese (( Milk, Salt, Cheese yeasts, Enzymes), Whey, Sour milk, Salt, Emulsifying salts (Disodium Phosphate)).

- This product is: Gluten-free and high in Omega-3 fish oil.
