Saga Memo
Description
SagaMemo Supplements
SagaMemo capsules are made from angelica seeds from Hrísey, ginkgo biloba, bacopa monnieri and minerals (iron and zinc). The effect of these plants on the activity of acetylcholinesterase, an enzyme that breaks down the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, has been shown in the laboratory. Many Alzheimer's drugs block the action of acetylcholinesterase to increase acetylcholine levels. SagaMemo is thought to delay the breakdown of acetylcholine.
SagaMemo is used to maintain good memory but does not replace drugs.
Angelica seed extract KeyNatura contains many interesting ingredients. One of them is the bioactive plant substance Imperatorin, which has been extensively studied for its effects on brain function. Studies suggest that Imperatorin maintains intellectual capacity and supports long-term memory. Ginkgo Biloba has long been used to maintain healthy brain function, but it works e.g. by improving blood flow to the brain. It is also rich in antioxidants.
Bacopa Monnieri can improve memory in otherwise healthy individuals. Iron and zinc promote normal cognitive function.
